Sofie Leidolf is the Marketing and Demand Generation Manager at Tempus Nova. She brings 6+ years of experience in demand generation, advertising, digital marketing, and the IT industry. Her background is in Digital Strategy, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC), Market Research, and Data Management. She is also Google certified in Google Ads for Display, Search, and Analytics. Sofie Leidolf is responsible for developing ongoing marketing strategies to drive business development and expand the Tempus Nova brand.
Lily Hahn is an Order Management Specialist at Tempus Nova. She has 10 years of experience in customer service and order management. Lily’s background is with a wide range of industries including mechanical engineering, transportation, information technology and retail and service. With her extensive background in customer service, Lily is a tenacious problem solver with great patience and empathy and will ensure that our customer needs are not only met but exceeded. In her spare time, Lily enjoys photography, hiking, traveling, and storm chasing with her fiance on the Great Plains.
Drew Boone is a Google Support Engineer at Tempus Nova and has been providing technical support to end users for nearly 20 years. Drew supports Tempus Nova’s large enterprise clients with Google troubleshooting and customer service. Drew has served as Director of IT in small business and non-profit environments, which has helped Drew create an empathetic and personable style in working with end users as well as a broad technical knowledge base, effective communication skills and a unique approach to problem solving.
Elda Peters is a National Account Manager at Tempus Nova based in San Antonio, TX. Elda is an experienced sales rep who brings 20+ years of sales experience and 8+ years in technology sales. She has a proven track record for developing new business, closing deals, and creating long lasting customer relationships. Elda Peters will be generating business leads and focusing on accounts in the U.S. TOLAMM region.
Sandra Bloom comes to Tempus Nova with more than four (4) years of accounting and financial experience. With a master’s degree from University of Denver, Sandra has a background in accounting, finance and business operations and will support the Tempus Nova team with ensuring accuracy in bookkeeping and accounting functions. In her free time, Sandra loves to cook and listen to music.
Dean Wixsom brings 8 years of experience in complex deployments. He manages Tempus Nova’s Deployment team and is also a Senior Implementation Specialist. He has worked on some of Tempus Nova’s most complex projects and brings a depth of technical hands on experience. Dean Wixsom was one of the first in the world to become Google certified in the areas of deployment and administration. He has served as Technical Lead for the majority of Tempus Nova’s Google Cloud enterprise projects. His strengths lie in his ability to clearly communicate complex technical information to a diverse group including non technical team members.
Jim Mitchell is the Director of Operations & Finance and has more than 25+ years of experience in accounting, finance and management operations. His background is in the automotive manufacturing, live sports and entertainment, and retail and service industries. Jim manages the accounting and order management team and oversees all day-to-day operations for the company.
Jennifer Calderone is the Director of Business Transformation (BT), a training, communications and support specialist, and brings over 20 years of experience in both Business and Education. Her experience includes working as a certified teacher with a Master’s Degree in Education Technology and Curriculum Development. Jennifer Calderone is responsible for developing customized training and change management plans and manages a team of Google Certified Trainers and knowledge management resources. She has developed an extensive collection of training courses offered in a myriad of training formats.
Paul Bahl is the VP of Sales at Tempus Nova and brings more than 20+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Development, and Training / Change Management disciplines. His experience spans many platforms and technologies with personal strengths focused in leadership, problem solving, relationship building and account management. Paul leads and manages the sales team, expands the Tempus Nova brand and reputation within Google as well our strategic relationships with industry leading systems integrators. Paul manages all aspects of Mid Market Business Development from prospecting, lead generation, marketing, seminars, overall sales, and post sales support.
Abigail Halder is the Proposal Writer and Public Sector Business Development guru at Tempus Nova. She brings 10+ years of experience in government contracts, responding to RFPs/RFQs, and developing competitive, compliant proposal responses. She brings a working knowledge of dissecting RFPs, working with technical SMEs to develop content, and translating technical content into a readable format. Abigail Halder also develops marketing collateral, supports contract management and order management, and develops Statements of Work (SOWs). Abby enjoys spending time in the mountains with her husband and new baby, as well as cooking, gardening, playing piano, reading, and knitting.
Didi Dellanno is the President and CEO of Tempus Nova with over 25+ years of experience providing leadership and consultative services to Fortune 100 and 500 companies in the areas of strategic planning, analysis and service delivery. She has successfully consulted for Big 4 Firms and has extensive experience in the management, development, design, and delivery of business critical applications. Prior to joining Tempus Nova, Didi Dellanno consulted for Ernst & Young, Accenture, KPMG, Morgan Stanley, AIG, Cendant Corporation, Qwest Communications, Medco Health, Shearman & Sterling LLP, and USF&G.
Joseph Dellanno, Founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Tempus Nova brings more than 25+ years of experience in the IT industry. He has extensive experience in the management, architecture, development, and design of applications throughout various platforms. He was one of the first in the world to become a Certified Google Deployment Specialist and has successfully completed more large enterprise Google Cloud projects than any other resource to date. Through his leadership, Tempus Nova has migrated almost 2,000,000 accounts to Google.
Anthony Dellanno is the Partner Manager at Tempus Nova and brings 5+ years of experience managing third party technology solutions. Anthony researches technology solutions that augment the Google Cloud offering and develops relationships with independent solution vendors (ISVs). He also oversees the Chrome, Jamboard, and Google Maps practice for Tempus Nova.
Lisa Kabat is a Senior Account Executive at Tempus Nova. She brings more than 17 years of experience managing accounts ranging from large enterprises to small-mid markets, K-12 and higher education institutions, as well as Government, State and local accounts. Gary Wegner (Gary the Google Guy) is a Google Certified Trainer with more than 17 years in education and more than six (6) years in G Suite end user training. Gary has a dedicated G Suite YouTube channel with G Suite training snippets accessible to subscribers and has delivered training on a global scale, both on site and virtually. With a background in public education, he brings expertise in effectively delivering G Suite curriculum to organizations ensuring end users are trained and ready on day one to utilize the G Suite solution.

Luis Rodriguez-Rullan has more than 13 years of experience in the design, development, and support of complex applications using Java, JDBC, AngularJS, JavaScript, Formula Language, Domino, and Lotus Script. He has more than nine (9) years of experience in the development and support of C/C++ applications, as well as six (6) years of experience in administration of Lotus Notes email and application servers. David Brock is a Google Certified Deployment Specialist at Tempus Nova and has a background in civil litigation. He supports the Tempus Nova Deployment Team with G Suite implementations, migrations and full deployment projects. Located in Kansas City, MO, David offers expertise in clearly communicating complex technical information to end users, including non technical team members.
Mike Lowe is a Google Certified Deployment Specialist at Tempus Nova and brings over six (6) years of experience deploying Customers to Google Cloud.
