Acquisition of Tempus Nova to Add Notable Clients, Google Expertise to Indianapolis-based Consultancy
INDIANAPOLIS (Feb. 8, 2021 Press Release) — Resultant, a leading consulting firm specializing in technology, data analytics, and digital transformation, announced today that it has acquired Denver-based Tempus Nova, a 20-year-old consultancy that exclusively provides Google Cloud solutions and implementation consulting. The acquisition makes Resultant one of a handful of firms with expertise in the top three cloud platforms: Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, and Microsoft Azure. The acquisition will also add several state government entities to Resultant’s growing roster of public sector clients.
