Denver-based Google consulting firm, Tempus Nova, rebrands with acquiring firm, KSM Consulting.
DENVER (June 4, 2021 Press Release) — Tempus Nova, a leading Google application and implementation firm, today unveiled a strategic rebrand including the new Resultant name, logo, brand identity and website. The rebrand follows Indianapolis-headquartered KSM Consulting’s acquisition of Tempus Nova in February 2021, joining the companies together as Resultant. The new brand represents the combined people-centric culture and approach to delivering positive client outcomes.
“We’ve spent 13 years building a company we’re proud of, and we’re so excited to finally have a brand identity that represents who we are and how we show up for our clients and communities,” said Mark Caswell, CEO of KSM Consulting, now Resultant. “This brand is reflective of the company we’ve been building for years, representing both how we work with our clients and how we believe consulting is most effective: in a way that’s both deeply human and technically skillful.”
In pursuing the new identity, Resultant first sought feedback through focus groups, surveys, and one-on-one discussions from employees, clients, and partners to understand how the firm’s work and purpose are perceived. The findings confirmed that audiences internally and externally see the firm’s brand identity synonymous with its people and how they go about delivering results: from a place of empathy, deep expertise, client focus, and fearless problem solving.
Today, together as Resultant, the firm is one of a handful of consultancies with expertise in the top three cloud platforms: Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, and Microsoft Azure. Now with more than 300 employees nationwide, Resultant has employees in locations including the Denver Corporate Center on East Union Avenue, as well as in Indianapolis, Indiana; Columbus, Ohio; Atlanta, Georgia; and Lansing, Michigan. Resultant plans to expand its Denver workforce by 20-percent in 2021. Resultant’s vision for future growth includes having committed teams in more than ten cities and employing a total of 1,000 people by 2025.
“We’re so excited about what the future holds for Resultant in Denver and beyond,” said Dean Wixsom, Director of Implementation, Google, at Resultant, formerly Tempus Nova. “I’m looking forward to watching our team grow under one, unified brand.”
