Tempus Nova is a Google Cloud Premier Partner, and we have been providing G Suite managed services and expertise since Google released the Google products in 2008. Our managed service offerings help our customers focus on business initiatives and free up IT resources to focus on mission critical tasks.
Tempus Nova’s managed services includes the following:
- Assessing the G Suite domain (i.e., user counts, types of licenses, renewal dates, etc.) to ensure we can support Customers with SaaS, PaaS and IaaS services.
- Reviewing existing G Suite settings (i.e., Vault retention settings, roles and permissions, user authentication, mail routing, etc.) to ensure compliance and policies are configured according to Customer requirements.
- Ensuring integration of applications (i.e., AD / LDAP integration requirements, SSO configurations, etc.) and systems (i.e., ADFS, IronPort, etc.) into our Customer’s G Suite enterprise environment.
- Providing ongoing business transformation and customer success support services to help Customers identify business gaps to help improve IT success within the organization and exten an organization’s existing technology investment in G Suite.
