INDIANAPOLIS — Resultant, a leading consulting firm specializing in technology, data analytics, and management consulting, announced today that it has acquired Advocate Solutions, a 25-year-old consulting firm specializing in public assistance contact centers, modernizing legacy applications, and managing mission-critical technology programs for state and local government agencies, including health and human services.

Driving Meaningful Outcomes
The positive outcomes Advocate Solutions’ team has produced with business, digital, and health and human services solutions run parallel to those Resultant has delivered for its public sector clients, including responses to issues like the opioid epidemic, child welfare, and workforce development. Resultant will absorb Advocate clients across Michigan, Massachusetts, and New York and continue its contact center partnership with Cincinnati Bell Technology Services.
The acquisition will add 28 data and technology professionals with experience serving public sector clients to Resultant’s workforce. Resultant will maintain offices in Columbus, OH and Lansing, MI.
In June 2019, Resultant acquired Indianapolis app development company Connect Think to expand its application development team. In 2019, Resultant increased its staff by 92 percent, hiring 88 new employees to support its rapidly expanding consulting practice.
